Return Policy

We want you and your pet to love every PawNest Co. purchase. If something isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

How to Return

Contact our support team at hello@pawnestco.ca with your order number. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Reach out to us and we'll help arrange an exchange while supplies last.
